What you will receive –
Your vinyl sticker will be pre-cut and backed with transfer film. It will be delivered to you in a cardboard roll to prevent damage and creasing.
Simply peel the transfer film and apply to your surface.
How to apply –
You can apply your sticker to any smooth flat surface. Ensure the wall where you will be displaying your wall art is dry, free of dirt, dust and that any paint layer is solid and non-flaky.
MARK - Step 1 – Mark the location of your wall art to ensure it is level.
CUT - Step 2 – Trim the graphic closer to its edge to aid easy application if necessary. Lay the sticker out on a flat surface and rub the translucent layer to remove any wrinkles of the sticker which may have occurred during transportation and delivery.
PEEL - Step 3 – Lift the transfer film and graphic from the backing paper, peeling back to halfway (dependant on size of your design). Ensure all the graphic has attached to the transfer film. Apply the peeled part of the graphic to your surface.
APPLY – Step 4 – Carefully press the design onto the wall using the transfer film to keep it straight. Remove the remainder of the backing paper ensuring the graphic does not touch the surface. Carefully scrape and rub over the transfer film from the centre outwards with a towel or credit card as applying the design to avoid and remove any air bubbles. Wait at least 5 minutes before removing the transfer film to ensure the graphic has adhered to the surface.
RESULT – Only the shape of the graphic will remain on the surface, all transfer film will be removed. This will result in a brilliant effect as if it were painted on the surface.
Troubleshooting –
Any air bubbles that may have been caused during application can be removed by carefully pricking the bubble with a pin and squeezing the air out.
